SHIPPING:
We try hard to get you your shipment within 24 hours. Depending on traffic and volume sometimes this takes a bit longer. Emailing of any registration codes is typically the same business day or quicker.
If you elect to receive a media shipment, we typically send a CD. You can alternately elect to receive a standard floppy disk set via first class mail.
NOTE: we do NOT ship anything in retail boxes.

SITE LICENSE AVAILABILITY:
If you are an educator and like what you see in our programs for the younger set, we offer site licenses at very attractive rates. You can outfit a lab, a school, or a district. The site license package will include a written license, discounts for parents on individual copies, and 5 copies of the selected program on disk.
